Looking for an easy take along project that looks difficult but isn't? Cathedral Window is a unique technique of folding and stitching that completes the block and quilting without batting. It's also flexible in planning. You can decide as you go in regards to colors and completed size. Sue will teach you the traditional hand method that her grandmother taught her. We will also explore some adaptations that will give it a more contemporary look. Choose a background fabric that you can be assured of getting more if you choose to make it bigger. Traditional quilts used muslin or white, but you can use any color you like. We should be able to complete enough in class for a pin cushion or small pillow top, or it can be the start of a quilt.
