All Skill Levels. Prerequisite: Must feel comfortable working with wire and have knowledge of tools. 10:30-4:30 Jul 30Learn to create 4 different unique and beautiful components which you can then incorporate into your Summer jewelry, making it stand out from the rest. These components are a great way to learn a variety of skills with wire and the finished pieces are so fun, flowery and adorable, adding whimsy and delicate intrigue to your work. The first component I will teach you is the Clover, which makes a sweet little pendant or charm using 4 head-drilled pearls or gemstone briolettes. Next, I will teach you how to make a Stone Daisy Pendant, which involves coiling 26 gauge wire around the framework of a large stone. You will then learn to make an Easy Daisy Link, which also has beads around the edges, but they are simply strung and attached around a smaller bead, forming a link which works well in bracelets, necklaces or earrings. Lastly, we will make a Swirl Bail, which is formed with 18 gauge wire and then pounded for strength and artistic flair.
